Theme: A Deep Dive in the Parable of the Prodigal Son. Reflection shared by Father Joe O’Connor and others. Pope Benedict XVI has expressed the danger of Relativism in the world and the misunderstanding of the Catholic Church and God who is filled with love and mercy. How can we through reflecting on the Prodigal Son parable to assist helping those who have left God and the Church in their lives towards the journey coming home to embrace the love of the Father? Included is a touching story of a father who never gave up on his son after an earthquake collapsed the son’s school. This hour includes the recitation of the Rosary and availability of the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

Fr John Pietramale, pastor of Christ the King Church in Omaha, leads a prayer service to remember aborted children in a national campaign. Sr Renee Mirkes, OSF, from the St Paul VI Institute will present a talk entitled "Benjamin B Ferencz: Applications of His Legacy for the Human Rights of the Unborn." Now that Roe v. Wade has been overturned, it is crucial that we continue to mourn the millions of lives lost to abortion, and repent of the national sin of abortion, even as we begin the project of extending legal protection to unborn children in every state we can.

Parish Festival full of fun food, games and fellowship.

A rosary will be offered at 2:00 pm. Mass will be celebrated by Archbishop Lucas at 2:30 pm, with a reception in the parish center immediately following.
