St. Columbkille Parish is welcoming 2 dynamic speakers-Luana Stoltenberg and Gina Tomes to kick off Respect Life Month.
Luana Stoltenberg is the author of the book Singing in the Wilderness based on her journey from addiction and traumatic events to finding the healing power of Christ. Luana’s heart is to show the love and mercy of Christ, by telling people how the Lord picked her up from a life of drugs, alcohol and abortions, and placed her on his lap of grace.

Since 1991 Gina Tomes has spearheaded and empowered individuals and human services pro-life programming and housing for women who are pregnant, homeless, experiencing crisis and choose life. Gina had the honor of speaking at the 2023 March for Life in Washington DC. Gina is a St. Columbkille parishioner.

The Way is a healing retreat for female survivors of abuse. A three-day guided meditation and prayer experience for women whose abuse by another has deeply affected their heart, mind, body and soul. A service of the Victim Assistance Ministries of the Roman Catholic Church in Nebraska.

The Serra Club of West Omaha invites you to a special Mass for Vocations. Mass will be celebrated by Rev. Dave Reeson to pray together for an increase in vocations to the priesthood and consecrated religious life in the Archdiocese of Omaha. After Mass, stay for our Meeting & Mixer and learn from our speaker, Deacon Dick Petersen, about his call to serve our Lord, his enlightening spiritual experiences along the way, and why prayer for vocations is so vital to the future of the Catholic Church, especially during this unique time in history.
