Jesus of Nazareth summoned his first disciples from a handful of other first-century rural villages in the Galilee, most notably Bethsaida, Capernaum, and Chorazim.
In Jerusalem, both before and after the Crucifixion and Resurrection, the disciples are instructed to return to Galilee to meet the Risen Lord there. But why?
