Sensory Friendly Mass

We welcome and embrace those with sensory needs.

Join us monthly for sensory-friendly liturgies, which include lower lights, softer music, and shorter, more literal homilies.

Feel free to get up and move if needed, bring alternative seating, use quiet fidgets or noise cancelling headphones.

Come celebrate the Eucharist in an environment free of stigma.

"For as in one body we have many parts, and all the parts do not have the same function, we, though many, are one body in Christ and individually parts of one another." – Romans 12:4-5
