Know Your Faith: Prayer and the Spiritual Life

Thursday nights from 7 to 8:30pm

Course Objectives:
- To enkindle in hearts a deeper love for God.

- To grow in self-knowledge in light of our call to Trinitarian love and to integrate this knowledge into our daily life.

- To gain an understanding of the spiritual life as a road map for growth.

- To inspire the daily habit of mental prayer, thus setting the stage for the gift of infused contemplation, thus effecting deep and lasting transformation.

BONUS: Those who register will be offered the opportunity for weekly spiritual direction over the course of the four weeks with a trained and credentialed spiritual director, Deacon Peter Kennedy.
