A Taste of Contemplative Prayer, February 21 – 23, retreat at Saint Benedict Center, Schuyler, with Father Thomas Leitner, OSB. “The most important means toward perfection is being still and putting all one’s trust in God” (St. Francis de Sales). Contemplative prayer is the opening of mind and heart—our whole being—to God, the Ultimate Mystery, beyond thoughts, words, and emotions.
