All Omaha metro area law enforcement and fire personnel, including families and friends, are invited to attend the Annual Blue Mass honoring first responders and those killed in the line of duty. The Mass will be celebrated by Archbishop George J. Lucas.

Creighton University’s Justice and Peace Studies Program Director, Dr. Dan Dileo, will unpack the Bishops’ teaching document: Forming Consciences for Faithful Citizenship.

Archbishop George Lucas will lead the Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, Candlelight Rosary Procession around the Mary Our Queen grounds, Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and Benediction. It lasts one hour, followed by a social in our Trinity Room.

All married couples are invited to the annual marriage celebration, including the newly married, those celebrating milestone anniversaries, and all other witnesses to holy matrimony.

A rosary will be offered at 2:00 pm. Mass will be celebrated by Archbishop Lucas at 2:30 pm, with a reception in the parish center immediately following.

Doors to the Church open at 1:45 pm.

Besides the delicious soups, salads and desserts, there will be door prizes and a basket raffle at 1:00pm. Card players are welcome to begin playing at 10am and are asked to designate one person to purchase all tickets for their group and reserved table.

Converging Roads is hosting its first annual health care ethics conference, Converging Roads, at Creighton University in collaboration with the St. John Paul II Foundation, The Fr. Edward J. Flanagan Guild, and Creighton University. This one-day conference offers continuing education for healthcare professionals, students, and chaplains and equips them to practice the highest ethical and medical standards of their profession. The theme is Fundamental Health Care Ethics, and will include presentations on Human Dignity and the Mission of Catholic Health Care, The Vocation of the Health Care Professional, Care for the Caregiver and more. Continuing educations credits are available.

Individuals and families seeking the intercession of St. Peregrine, the patron saint of those dealing with cancer, are invited to a special Mass celebrated for those who are ill and their loved ones on the third Saturday of every month.

Please join us for our annual bazaar. From 11 am till 2 pm serving duck, pork, dumplings, kraut, mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls and of course kolaches. In our pavilion enjoy raffles, cake walk, beer garden, country store, silent and live auction at 2:00 pm. Carry-out and drive-thru also. $20 adults, $10 children (12 and under pork only). Come enjoy a traditional Czech dinner in the - Heart of the Bohemian Alps.

Help us in celebrating and honoring Fr. Larry Gillick, SJ and Fr. Gregory Carlson, SJ. The Omaha Ignatian Volunteer Corps will present these men with its highest honor, the Madonna Della Strada Award. Event includes a presentation, beverages and hors d'oeuvres.
