“State Senators from our region have made it a priority the past few years to attend our pro-life gathering. This is a great opportunity for us to thank them for their leadership and encourage them to continue to lend their support for the protection of our preborn children in Nebraska. As St. John Paul II, reminds us, <em>we have a duty to make courageous choices in support of life, especially through legislative measures,</em>” said Most Reverend Joseph Hanefeldt, Bishop of the Diocese of Grand Island.

This ecumenical event is free and open to the public. The Pro-Life Coffee is sponsored by the Diocese of Grand Island, Grand Island Right to Life, Nebraska Catholic Conference, Nebraska Family Alliance, Nebraska Right to Life, Shoot 4 Life, and South Central Nebraska Right to Life.

Doors open at 8:30 a.m. at the Riverside Golf Club in Grand Island.
