Whether it’s leading a Bible study or a capital campaign, effective leadership can build trust and drive engagement. Jim Greisch and Dan Meixner will explore how to utilize leadership as a strategy to increase involvement. This day-long workshop will outline steps to create buy-in throughout your organization and explore how to best leverage the partnership between the leaders at your organization – school presidents, principals and pastors – and the stewardship and advancement offices and volunteers.
