Contemplative prayer is the opening of mind and heart—our whole being—to God, the Ultimate Mystery, beyond thoughts, words, and emotions. This silent retreat, involving breath practice, is for beginners on the contemplative journey as well as for those who have some experience with it.

Led by Father Thomas Leitner, OSB, the retreat begins Friday, March 28, at 7:30 p.m. to Sunday, March 30, after lunch.
