Reflection: The Sacred Heart of Jesus loves us so very much and in return the greater number of people offer irreverence, ingratitude, and coldness to Him in our lives.

This hour includes the recitation of the Rosary and availability of the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

God invites every one of us to join Him in His great mission to reach one more – one more coworker, neighbor, family member and friend. We know it's not always an easy discussion to have.

That's where Reach One More can help. We will spend six nights – every Tuesday from June 3 to July 8 – showing you how to make sharing your faith a natural part of your life as a disciple.

The exhibit features 41 beautiful panels with graphic and written depictions, highlighting some of the most powerful Eucharistic miracles of the world.

The exhibit will be on display at St. Vincent de Paul Church in the parish center from June 7th - June 15th. Viewing times are available between the hours of 7am and 8pm. Interactive activities for youth are also available to make this a fun experience for all ages!

The Serra Clubs of Omaha and West Omaha will host their Annual Golf, Tennis & Pickleball Outing, followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and awards at The Pines Country Club in Valley on Monday, June 9 (best ball format) with registration beginning at 11:00 AM.

Tennis and Pickleball will both be at Genesis Health Club at 2:00 PM.

All proceeds received support the vocations programs of the Archdiocese of Omaha. Early registrations are welcome!

His Global Love Prayer Communities invite you to a Healing Mass on Friday, June 13th, 2025, at St. Gerald Catholic Church, 9602 Q St. Omaha.

The retreat – led by Nick Manhart, archivist for the historical collection of St. Cecilia Cathedral architect Thomas Kimball – explores the distinctive nature of Catholic art and architecture.

A special session will be a tribute to the life and work of Brother William Woeger, FSC, who, among other things, helped convert the Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove, California, into Christ Cathedral of the Diocese of Orange.

This retreat, led by spiritual director and retreat leader Charlie Hoover, will be held at the Ablaze House of Prayer, 11501 Fairview Road in Springfield. Cost is $25, which includes a light breakfast and lunch.

The retreat includes formation in Ignatian prayer, personal prayer time on the peaceful Ablaze property, fellowship with other disciples on mission.

All are invited to the first annual Trinity Catholic Parishes Corpus Christi Procession Sunday, June 2.

Holy Sacrifice of the Mass at 9:30 a.m. (There will not be Mass that day at 8 a.m. at St. Francis Borgia or at St. Patrick at 10:30 a.m.)

The procession will follow the Mass. This is a slow 30 to 45 minute prayer-filled walk on a level surface that is less than a mile.

Corpus Christi: Celebrating the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the
Holy Eucharist — Body, Blood, Soul & Divinity!

The parish family that includes St. Wenceslaus, St. Stephen the Martyr and St. Vincent de Paul parishes in Omaha and Immaculate Conception Parish in Boys Town is organizing the procession, which will begin at Dowd Chapel at Boys Town and end at St. Wenceslaus Church.

The procession ends with Benediction. Refreshments and free bus ride back to Boys Town will be provided.

In the Bible, we frequently find the images of curtain and veiling. Veiling is therefore also part of our liturgy. Our word revelation is derived from the Latin revelatio and expresses the unveiling of the hidden and unapproachable God.

Wherever God’s glory is revealed at decisive turning points in Israel's history, the theophanies necessitate also a veiling, as we see with Moses at the burning bush (Ex 3:2 ff) and Elijah on Mount Horeb (1 Kgs 19:13). St. Paul is blinded for a time on the road to Damascus (Acts 9:3). God shows himself in secret and reveals his presence when we open ourselves toward Him. In talks, in celebrating the liturgy, in meditation on Scripture, but also in music and art, we will explore this theme, led by Father Anastasius Reiser, OSB, prior of the monastic community in Schuyler.

The retreat begins Sunday, June 22, at 6 p.m. and ends the following Friday after lunch.

Total cost is $440, or $420 if two or more register together, plus tax for sisters out of state.
