Dr. Kristin McPherson, a local artist and adjunct professor of ethics at Creighton University, will explore the spiritual significance of beauty and then consider the importance of art for the life of faith. First Tuesdays is an ongoing series from the Evangelium Institute featuring dynamic speakers on important topics relevant to being Catholic in today's world. No registration is needed. We are delighted to welcome Maurice Clerc to the United States to provide us with a beautiful organ concert. This event is open to everyone! Join us for a delightful hour of music followed by a light reception in the narthex. A freewill offering will be taken at the end of the concert.

The Serra Club of West Omaha invites you to join us for a special Mass to Pray for Vocations at the John Paul II Newman Center. Mass will be celebrated by Father Frank Baumert, Chaplain of the Serra Club of West Omaha. Following Mass, we will enjoy an in-person, one-hour Meeting & Mixer with our speaker, Will Targy, a seminarian of the Archdiocese of Omaha currently in his Pastoral Year at St. Margaret Mary. Learn about Will's vocation story, his religious formation experience at seminary, and his service at the parish. Light refreshments, pizza, and sweet treats provided. The Archdiocese of Omaha invites anyone impacted by abuse of any type, from childhood through adulthood, to come together and pray for the healing of wounds. Archbishop George Lucas will preside. This is not a Mass. We welcome people of all faiths, walks of life and backgrounds to join us in prayer. A reception will immediately follow.
