By serving those in need, we serve Jesus.
At the Archdiocese of Omaha, our hearts are devoted to affirming Jesus’ love so all may deepen their personal relationship with Him, fostering joy, kindness and purpose in their lives. It’s a mission that began when God sent his only son, Jesus, to further His loving plan for all to see, share and experience.
Today, the archdiocese—through our many ministries—continues to uphold and fulfill Jesus’ timeless mission of love without yield, and without prejudice, toward all people regardless of age, race, gender or faith. Through Him, we continue to transform the world of our time.
The pastoral work of the Archdiocese of Omaha is carried out through a myriad of ministries and programs that serve our 23 counties, along with the efforts of our parishes, missions, and the personal and financial contributions of our parishioners. We weave these components together into a unified and powerful force doing the will of God. We touch lives, uplift the human spirit, and above all, deliver vital ministries where they are needed most.
